About the role
We are looking for a Rockstar Talent Acquisition Intern to be located at our Cairo Office, who will meet the evolving staffing needs of a high growth company..
What you'll do
- Manage a high volume of complex scheduling requests using Greenhouse ATS
- Enter and maintain integrity of data in recruiting systems
- Provide a top-notch candidate experience
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Anticipate the needs and timing for Recruiters based on historical recruiting lifecycle data and ongoing communication from Recruiters; proactively suggest strategies/solutions
- Assist with coordination and planning for various programs

- You are organized and detail oriented
- You can work effectively with internal partners and candidates, possesses great communication skills, and has the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and still remain detail oriented
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (via phone, email, etc.)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and adjust with changing business needs
