  • Develop and implement new compensation systems that are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular salary surveys to gather market data on compensation practices, industry benchmarks, and competitor offerings.
  • Analyze survey results to identify compensation gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use survey data to inform salary structure adjustments, merit increases, and incentive programs
  • Develop and maintain a competitive salary structure that rewards performance, attracts top talent, and supports the company's pay equity goals.
  • Conduct regular salary mapping exercises to ensure that compensation levels are competitive and fair across all job levels and functions.
  • Prepare and manage the compensation budget, ensuring that it aligns with the company's financial goals and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor budget performance throughout the year and identify opportunities for cost savings or reallocation.
  • Conduct comprehensive job analysis and evaluation to determine the relative value of various positions within the organization.
  • Regularly review and update job descriptions to reflect changes in job responsibilities and requirements.
  • Review job offers to ensure alignment with the company's compensation policies, budget constraints, and market rates.
  • Develop and administer a comprehensive benefits package that meets the needs of the company's employees and aligns with industry best practices.
  • Monitor and manage benefits costs to ensure that they remain within budget and are aligned with the company's financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7-8 years experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • In-depth knowledge of building compensation packages, wage structures and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in building competitive benefits packages.
