Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Tour Operator. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating guided tours, managing travel and tourism logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling reservations, executing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The Tour Operator will also be involved in creating tour itineraries and resolving any issues that may arise during travel.
Qualifications
- Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage Reservations efficiently
- Strong Sales skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Creativity in crafting unique Tour Packages
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
Compensation
- Salary: 10,000–12,000 EGP per month, based on experience
- Note: This position is open to Egyptian nationals only
