You'll be a key player in defining the final look and feel of each episode.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw, multi-camera interview footage into a cohesive and engaging narrative based on provided scripts and creative direction.
- Structure episodes with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and emotional impact.
- Seamlessly integrate B-roll, archival footage, graphics, and title cards to enhance the story.
- Perform professional color correction and grading to ensure a consistent, cinematic look.
- Clean, mix, and master audio tracks, including dialogue, music, and sound effects.
- Collaborate with the creative team, receive feedback, and implement revisions in a timely manner.
- Utilize AI to generate B-roll as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating exceptional storytelling skills, particularly in documentary or interview-based formats.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (experience with After Effects is a plus).
- Solid understanding of color correction principles and audio mixing techniques.
- Good understanding command of the English language (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection capable of handling large video file transfers.
- A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
