Job Description:
We are a U.S.-based company seeking an experienced Part-Time Recruiter to support our remote hiring efforts. This is a 100% remote opportunity, ideal for professionals who can work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Create and maintain job postings across platforms.
- Track candidate pipelines using ATS and internal tools.
- Ensure an efficient, high-quality candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (agency or internal).
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles at once.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and remote hiring workflows.

Hours: Flexible but must overlap with EST business hours.
Preferred Location:
