What you’ll do
Drive market share growth by acquiring new accounts and achieving sales targets.
Ensure adherence to Vodafone policies, procedures, and sales quality standards.
Maintain strong coordination across channels and ensure smooth flow of products and services.
Expand channel reach nationwide and enhance brand visibility at dealer outlets.
Conduct regular visits to outlets to ensure customer experience, compliance, and brand consistency.
Lead, coach, and support team members with training, resources, and continuous feedback.
Develop succession plans, conduct periodic staff meetings, and foster knowledge sharing.
Monitor market performance and customer experience through structured reporting and mystery shopping.
Design and implement promos, incentives, and tactical contests to drive sales performance.
Deliver accurate and timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate and close new business projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferably Business Administration).
5–6 years of proven sales experience, ideally in corporate or channel sales.
Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to manage third-party relationships.
Proven leadership abilities with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
Creative, proactive, and results-driven with strong business acumen.
