The job holder is primarily responsible for managing and developing all HR Systems for MB UAE & Ovs (HR Modules of Core HR, Performance, Learning, Recruitment, SSHR, Chat bots, Apps, Data Analytics, System Integrations,) and implementing latest HR Technology solutions in the Bank. Single point of contact for end to end HR Digitization journey – Current & Future state. Proven ability to generate innovative solutions, customer focus and collaborate across HR & IT Teams to implement Digital HR solutions
- Responsible for the smooth functioning of all HR systems and for managing all system development/enhancement requirements in close coordination with technology on an ongoing basis.
- Identify the latest Digital HR trends and recommend cutting edge solutions regarding HR software, apps and tools to be implemented in the Bank.
- Create HR Digitization Roadmap and drive the end to end HR digitization strategy, by working in close collaboration with Internal stakeholders (IT, HR, CPD, Finance, etc.) and external Technology Vendors.
- Lead the vendor selection, specification creation, review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades and re-implementations.
- 13-16 Yrs experience in experience with product designing and implementation.
- Knowledge of Banking HR Systems (Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle EBS) is a must.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and find solutions regarding System Integrations, APIs, Mobile Apps, Chat bots, Analytics, etc. is a must
- Thorough knowledge of all HR policies and procedures.
- Project Management Skills, Proven track record in PM.
- Education focus in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
- Ability to interpret, analyze and present data in a clear and effective manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to interact and coordinate with staff across all levels.
- Up to speed on advances in the technology landscape
- Ability to conduct and document Process Review and Optimization workshops/initiatives
- Strong technical knowledge in required application area.
- Ability to review, understand and improve program code and system documentation.
- Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.
