Post job vacancy announcements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Screen and filter resume and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Handle all personnel procedures, including hiring, resignations, terminations, and contract renewals.
Manage employees’ attendance, leaves, and timekeeping systems.
Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of social insurance and labor office documents.
Prepare monthly reports related to headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.
Assist in internal and external audits related to HR documentation.
Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Proven experience of 3-5 years
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality
