- To Promote and sell various liability products offered by the bank, aiming to attract low cost deposits from diverse customer segments, and sources current and savings accounts.
- Promote the payment / collection solutions as deemed suitable to the clients’ business model.
- Approach new customers through existing leads, referrals, cold calling etc. and maximizing lead generation.
- Achieves assigned monthly target.
- Expand the trade business with borrowing / non-borrowing clients.
- Offering comprehensive cash management solutions to clients including collections / payment solutions.
- Promote the online banking whenever / wherever applicable.
- Proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow Business Banking presence in the identified target segments in order to achieve the target in Liabilities portfolios to cater for the planned growth.
Ensure satisfactory account conduct of BB accounts, early rectification of various related issues, in addition to revenues generation
- To provide Mashreq Bank customer’s financial services which meet customer’s expectations by delivering an unbiased, competent, timely and problem free service.
- Ensure achievement of set liabilities targets on an ongoing basis.
- Enhancing relationship revenue from existing portfolio accounts by cross-selling and up-selling products.
- Attend Monthly/weekly daily sales meetings with ASM and commit to sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to sell more effectively and expand business accounts & liabilities market share.
- Contact prospect customers on a daily basis, using direct approaches telephone, to meet & set appointments with customers.
- Conduct outside sales calls for potential Customers
- Be a team player and contribute to achievement of goals targets based on MBOs/ KPIs, Also to support and coach new staff to make easier their assimilation in the MB family.
- Resolve complex customer complaints.
- Ensure perfection in documentation preparation and policy adherence.
- Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. documentation, periodical dealer /client visits / call reports, and formal / informal market feedback.
- To ensure adherence to product manuals to improve/maintain the quality of the business within acceptable limits.
- To adhere carefully to the compliance programs, procedures & bank policies.
- Provide regular Market feedback to his direct manager in order to improve the quality, performance and competitiveness of the bank’s products and services.
- Provide constructive and constant market feedback on improvement of products, services, processes which may either reduce cycle time or costs or enhance customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in RM role. Should be customer focused, achievement, target & sales oriented.
- Good command in spoken English and either Arabic, also good writing skills in English.
- Strong selling skills is required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Problem Solving & interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates could be accepted on selective basis.
