What You’ll Do
- Identify and research target companies across the GCC region to build and grow a strong outbound pipeline.
- Engage cold leads via LinkedIn, email, and phone with compelling messaging tailored to their business challenges.
- Book and qualify meetings for the Account Executive team — you’ll be the spark that ignites the sales cycle.
- Initiate thoughtful conversations with decision-makers in industries like fintech, logistics, retail, and enterprise services.
- Track engagement, experiment with outreach techniques, and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing to launch personalized campaigns that create demand and accelerate outbound results.
- Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with SaaS trends and competitor offerings in the GCC.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- A strong understanding of sales development strategies — you're not afraid to A/B test your approach.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus!)
- Proven success with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)
- A hunter mindset — you enjoy the chase and love turning a "no" into a "not yet."
- Deep knowledge or strong curiosity about GCC business culture and buyer behavior.
