About the Job:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to be the voice of one of Egypt’s leading banks . You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering a high-quality service experience that reflects the bank's professional image and values.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer customer questions, provide product and service information, and resolve issues effectively
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, customer satisfaction, or service campaigns
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records using internal systems
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Meet performance targets related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with the bank’s latest products, services, and policies
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and data security at all times


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer literacy and typing speed
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays


Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • Knowledge of banking products or financial services is an advantage
