About the Job:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to be the voice of one of Egypt’s leading banks . You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering a high-quality service experience that reflects the bank's professional image and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer customer questions, provide product and service information, and resolve issues effectively
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, customer satisfaction, or service campaigns
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Meet performance targets related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with the bank’s latest products, services, and policies
- Maintain customer confidentiality and data security at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- Knowledge of banking products or financial services is an advantage
