Overview● Telda is seeking a passionate, creative, and results-driven Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience, build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong writing skills in both Arabic and English, and a flair for innovative visual storytelling.
Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Ideation:● Contribute to the development of our content strategy, aligning it with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.● Brainstorm, research, and generate fresh, innovative content ideas that resonate with ourtarget audiences in Egypt.● Stay up-to-date with current content trends, digital innovations, and competitor activities, particularly within the [Your Industry, e.g., FinTech] and Egyptian market.
Content Creation & Production:● Write, edit, and proofread engaging copy for a variety of digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, website content, email newsletters, ad copy, and video scripts.● Develop compelling visual content concepts and, where applicable, execute basic graphic design and video editing/assembly (or collaborate closely with designers/video editors).● Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and legal/compliance requirements (especially critical in industries like FinTech).● Optimize content for search engines (SEO) where relevant (e.g., blog posts, website copy) to improve organic visibility.
Platform & Audience Optimization:● Adapt content format, length, and style for optimal performance on specific platforms (e.g., short-form video for TikTok/Reels, professional posts for LinkedIn, engaging storiesfor Instagram).● Understand and cater to the cultural nuances and preferences of the Egyptian audience.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:● Track and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rate, click-through rate, conversions) using analytics tools.● Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve future content effectiveness.
Collaboration & Project Management:● Work closely with the Social Media, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and product launches.● Manage content production timelines and workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.● Participate in content review and feedback sessions.
Required QualificationsEducation:● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, Mass Media, or a related field.
Skills:● Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Arabic and English are essential, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives.● Demonstrated creativity and an eye for compelling visual storytelling.● Proficiency with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and/or video editing software (e.g., CapCut, basic Adobe Premiere/After Effects) is highly preferred.● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.● Passion for storytelling and a keen interest in the FinTech sector.
