Job Description
- Strategic Journey Implementation: Implements holistic business unit user journeys within the country, aligning with global brand strategy and marketing concepts, in close collaboration with regional marketing and local sales.
- Execution & Campaign Management: Plans and executes local campaigns, activations, and promotions across both offline and online channels, including contributing to promotion development and supporting retailer activations (Offline and Online).
- Performance, Budgeting & Commercial Contribution: Contributes to steering commercial targets, ensures excellence in execution, and optimizes key performance indicators (KPIs) for the country. This includes managing local communication budgets with a consistent ROI mindset, optimizing allocation, and providing marketing forecasting as needed.
- Training & Asset Management: Delivers marketing packages and trains internal staff, sales teams, and external retail partners on marketing concepts, new product launches, and new marketing tools. Manages proofreading and local adaptation of marketing assets.
- Stakeholder & Agency Coordination: Coordinates with local agencies and external resources. Facilitates user insights and contributes to the marketing sales presentation process. Key stakeholders include regional/local BUs, cross-BU marketing teams, and sales.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in operational marketing, ideally within a similar industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of both offline and online marketing landscapes.
- Proven ability to communicate complex topics effectively within the broader context of marketing, sales, and user journey management.
Education:
- University degree required; preferably in Business Administration (International Business or Marketing focus).
