Position: Customer Service Representative
Company: Callnovo Inc.
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Address missed calls effectively.
- Handle online chats and provide timely responses to customer questions.
- Respond to emails and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
- Support social media channels by replying to customer messages and comments.
- Record and process work orders in detail.
- Collect and relay customer feedback and complaints to help optimize products and processes.
- Continuously learn product knowledge and complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Open to all genders.
- College degree or above.
- Fluent in English and German.
- 1-2 years of telephone customer service experience.
- Strong communication and learning skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in e-commerce and technical support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£48,000.00 - E£65,000.00 per month
