Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Cairo. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling phone inquiries, and addressing customer issues. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to enhance the overall customer experience by effectively resolving concerns and providing information.

Qualifications
- English Proficiency is a MUST (B1+/B2/C1 Levels).
- Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Shift is 9 hours including 1 hour as a break.
- 5 working days and 2 days off.
