Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will assist customers with product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
