Role Description
- Assist the Traffic Manager in managing and adjusting weekly schedules for departmental activities.
- Implement monthly adjustments to scheduling as necessary to accommodate traffic patterns and operational needs.
- Assist in identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, administrative issues, and communication challenges.
- Make informed decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the traffic management processes.
- Review and process operation files (arrivals), delivering them to the accounts department for verification and approval.
- Ensure all operational content is handled correctly and in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Graduated from French School.
- 1 – 3 Years of experience.
- Excellent in English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
