Business Unit Description
MERC "Middle East Resourcing Center" Business Unit is the deparmtment responsible for supporting the operations for the Consulting Line of Service. The department focuses on multiple competencies such as Resourcing, Business Development, Talent Aqusition & Recruitment, Human Capital, Communications, and Central Finance. MERC Consulting team contributes in the achievements of the consulting line of service by providing the backend support required to delivere high end results to our clients.
Job Summary
PwC Middle East (ME) Serve team is a specialized unit within PwC's Middle East operations that offers a wide range of services to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. ME Serve provides business advisory, consulting, and technology services to clients in various industries, including financial services, healthcare, energy, retail, and public sector. The team works with clients to identify their specific needs, develop customized solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation. ME Serve leverages PwC's global network and expertise to deliver high-quality services and innovative solutions to clients in the Middle East region.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Leading small to medium-sized teams in delivering high-quality consulting services to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing insights to help them address their challenges.
- Contributing to the development of proposals and taking part in business development activities.
- Providing subject matter expertise and contributing to the development of knowledge and thought leadership content.
- Managing project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery within agreed scope and deadlines.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members to support their development and growth.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major with a preference for a Masters.
Years of Experience: 3 + years of experience preferably with a background in consulting.
