Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all people-related matters.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across the organization.
- Talent Acquisition
- Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring operations, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer management.
- Build strong employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing and leadership.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and role specifications.
- Onboarding & Integration
- Create and continuously improve the onboarding journey to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
- Develop onboarding programs that promote culture integration, role clarity, and early productivity.
- Lead the implementation of onboarding technologies and systems to streamline processes.
- People Operations
- Own HR policies, systems, and processes ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Manage HRIS, payroll support, and employee documentation workflows.
- Establish data-driven approaches to monitor employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Culture & Engagement
- Shape and sustain a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
- Design and deploy programs for employee recognition, wellness, and engagement.
- Lead organizational change management efforts and communication.
- Team Leadership
- Build and lead the People & Culture team, ensuring high levels of collaboration and performance.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities for HR team members.
- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3+ years in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and modern people practices.
- Experience with HR systems and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
- Experience scaling HR in high-growth or global environments.
