About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team in Egypt. The role is focused on supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and contributing to building a strong and engaging workplace culture. The HR Specialist will work closely with management and employees to deliver HR services that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and social insurance requirements.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, leaves, attendance, performance appraisals).
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Support performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, evaluations).
- Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employee welfare regulations.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience in Egypt (HR Generalist or Specialist role preferred).
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
