JOB PURPOSE
The Junior Payroll Services Administrator at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for providing transactional and comprehensive professional payroll activities to deliver an effective and efficient end-to-end service to the group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and process requests for employee-related documents, including but not limited to salary certificates, salary transfer letters, pay slips, ID cards, staff discount cards, transportation passes, and others.
- Oversee and follow up on the opening of bank accounts for new employees, ensuring compliance with bank requirements for new applications.
- Facilitate the prompt gathering of employee data, ensuring accurate entry and meticulous maintenance of records.
- Provide internal customer service support and facilitate the processing of insurance claims.
LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Accounting, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
Zero to one years of experience in a similar role.
