Job Description:
- Overseeing and managing multiple legal debt settlement cases simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and resolution for AWH clients.
- Conducting a comprehensive legal review of the case documents, providing the client with a legal opinion, and understanding the case circumstances.
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.

- Ability to draft and review legal documents such as legal notices, demand notices, settlement agreements, etc.
- Exhibit adeptness in resolving disputes by employing effective negotiation strategies to achieve mutually advantageous resolutions.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients, answering their queries, and addressing any concerns.
- Developing and presenting legal debt settlement proposals to clients, outlining the proposed terms and conditions.
- Maintaining accurate and updated records of client interactions, settlements, and negotiations for legal and administrative purposes.
- Prepare reports for management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Work on the legal system and keep it updated.
Job Requirements
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and have the passion to learn and work
