Job Description
- Ensure the smooth, secure operation and optimization of the Group’s Network, VoIP and Firewall infrastructure (including routers, switches, firewalls, vlan, cabling, licensing, upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Review daily health checks and take corrective action where necessary.
Qualifications
- BSc degree in IT or Computer Engineering.
- Min. five (5) years working experience in network and telephony administration and operation in Cisco & Fortinet ecosystems.
- Working experience with Cisco Call Manager / ISE and Fortinet Firewalls (configuration, management, and maintenance)
- Vendor/partner management exposure; working knowledge of the network hardening processes, guidelines, and benchmarks.
- Working experience with cloud services (Microsoft Azure) is highly welcomed.
- Cisco / Fortinet certifications; any Current Microsoft certification or relevant tertiary qualification are highly welcomed.
- Fluency in English

Additional Information
- Travel: When required to support Group’s offices and sites in the countries of operation especially for 3rd-level support incidents or during a project start-up phase
