About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile professional to provide seamless support across office management, executive assistance, and HR administration. This hybrid role will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities, and supporting HR functions to nurture a productive and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities1. Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility-related services.
- Handle incoming correspondence, deliveries, and office communication.
2. CEO Assistance
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s internal and external communications.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel itineraries.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as requested.
- Track follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met for CEO’s commitments.
- Support in event coordination, board meetings, and client engagements.
3. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellbeing programs.
- Manage HR-related documentation, benefits administration, and leave tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in office management or/and executive assistance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
