Position Overview:
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day agency operations and ensure the smooth delivery of our services. The ideal candidate has experience in managing internal processes, is familiar with branding workflows, and brings a strategic mindset to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and internal workflows.
- Support client servicing by streamlining communication between creative, marketing, and account management teams.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and team performance, reporting directly to agency leadership.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate with HR on team capacity planning and recruitment needs.
- Ensure branding projects are progressing smoothly, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain a pulse on agency culture, morale, and workflow satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management, preferably within a creative agency or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing processes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana, ClickUp).
- Preferably resides in New Cairo or surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a creative agency, digital marketing firm, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills — able to inspire, guide, and build cohesive teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven experience managing budgets, systems, and cross-functional workflows.
- Tech-savvy and data-oriented - comfortable with project management tools, dashboards, and automation.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
