As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strategic and customer-driven Product Manager to lead the development of key initiatives on our roadmap and deliver innovative solutions that support the success of event organizers, exhibitors, and attendees.
Job Overview
As a Product Manager at ExpoPlatform, you will own the full product lifecycle—from research and ideation through launch and post-release optimization. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer success, and marketing, to ensure we build valuable, usable, and feasible products.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners to translate the strategic roadmap into tactical plans and features that deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
● Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
● Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform product strategy.
● Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
● Collaborate with Product Owners to translate high-level initiatives into detailed user stories and deliverables.
● Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, planning, execution, release, and iteration.
● Make data-driven decisions using user feedback and analytics to validate assumptions and guide development.
● Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centric design.
● Partner with marketing and customer success to support product launches and adoption.
● Monitor product performance and iterate to improve value delivery and usability.
Requirements
Must-Have:
● 2+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech environment
● Proven track record of leading successful product initiatives from concept to launch
● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
● Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
● Experience working with engineering, design, and data teams in a collaborative environment
● Analytical mindset with a focus on solving real user problems
Nice-to-Have:
● Experience in event technology or marketplace platforms
● Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
● Background in UX/UI principles or technical product development
● Certified Product Manager (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, or similar)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£50,000.00 - E£100,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Product Management in a SaaS or B2B tech environment: 2 years (Required)
