Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and growth of mDoc’s health tech platform. This individual will be responsible for defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our solutions align with business goals and user needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare or health tech space, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of successfully managing complex product lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with mDoc’s mission and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality, impactful products.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs and feedback shape product decisions.
- End-to-End Product Management
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Manage backlogs and prioritize features using Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use analytics tools to track product performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success against these metrics.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide junior product managers and cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Lead product discussions and presentations to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Healthcare & Compliance Expertise
- Ensure all product initiatives adhere to healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate them into product strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of product management experience, preferably in health tech or a related field.
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful products with measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI, and marketing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Mixpanel.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards, data privacy, and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI-driven or digital health platforms.
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks for customer feedback collection and usability testing.
- Background in scaling products for international or low-resource settings.
- Proficiency in crafting go-to-market strategies for B2B and B2C products.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£30,000.00 - E£60,000.00 per month
