SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to perform a wide range of clerical, administrative, and general office duties, including those of a confidential nature. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact within the organization and with external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism at all times. This role provides essential support to individuals, teams, or departments and requires a strong understanding of both specific job responsibilities and the overall operations and procedures of the organization.This position will be based in the head office in New Cairo and will report to the Travel & Administration Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate individuals or offices, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Guide Jotun’s gallery visitors with clear and informative assistance to enhance their overall experience.
- Coordinate with the security team for proper visitor access, including the issuance of identification badges, and ensure secure handling of cheques, important documents, and packages.
- Oversee courier services by managing the timely and safe dispatch and receipt of items across departments.
- Manage office stationery by handling orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring effective distribution to all departments.
- Support meetings, events, and functions by monitoring hospitality arrangements (food and beverages), coordinating with the administration team, and assisting in smooth on-site operations.

Qualifications We Look For:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Should be able to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.
