We're looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will be talkative and personable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and handling mail.
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of reference for visitors and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- A fine attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Representable and well-spoken, with the ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience in a similar front-facing role is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage a busy workload effectively.
