Manage and organize the schedules, meetings, and appointments of senior management
Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings
Provide full administrative support to the management team

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles
Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional, well-presented, and able to work under pressure
