Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GM’s office, ensuring efficient workflow and organization.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining records in an organized system.
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, memos, and reports for the GM.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed, archived, and easily accessible when needed.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items as required.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications for the GM, ensuring timely responses or appropriate forwarding.
- Greet visitors, ensuring they are directed to the correct person or department, while maintaining a professional environment.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are ordered and available when needed.
- Provide support in organizing the GM’s calendar by confirming appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
- Alert the GM to upcoming meetings making sure all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Perform general office tasks such as sorting mail, filing, organizing meetings, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a similar field.
- Graduation from a language school
- 3+ years of experience.
- Excellent in English & French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
