We’re looking for a Social Media Content Planner who can own our content creation process end-to-end. You’ll study trends, analyze competitors, develop fresh ideas, and plan & lead shoots that showcase our team and brand creatively.

What you’ll do:
- Study Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn daily to find trends and inspiration
- Analyze competitors’ content to identify what works and how we can stand out
- Come up with fresh, creative ideas and concepts for reels, stories, and campaigns
- Plan, organize, and lead shoots — singles, doubles, group videos & photos
- Create moodboards, define props, styling, locations/studios, and shotlists
- Manage scheduling, coordinate the team, and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Deliver high-quality raw footage and materials to our creative agency for editing & posting
Requirements
- Creative thinker with a deep passion for social media & trends
- Excellent organizational & planning skills
- Experience managing shoots (even informal ones) and leading people through them
- Confident in creating shotlists, moodboards, and briefing a creative team
- Eye for detail & aesthetic — knows what looks good on social
