Job Description
Handle purchasing and receiving (e.g., issuing POs, collecting invoices).
Report staff performance to the Operations Manager.
Co-develop new menu items with the Operations Manager.
Develop and motivate team members using KPIs and performance targets.
Implement loss and risk prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and waste.
Ensure compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies.
Oversee barista training and development.
Be available on-call to respond to emergencies or operational issues.
Solve problems and make business-beneficial decisions within scope.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and teaching skills.
Proactive in solving problems and managing teams.
Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the coffee industry.
Must demonstrate exemplary barista skills, customer service, and a passion for sharing knowledge.
Highly detail-oriented.
Previous management experience is required.
