MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review the project proposal document and identify gaps.
• Conduct internal kick off meeting with PM and key internal team members to ensure project scope and objectives are aligned.
• Draft and present scoping document to customers in alignment with the PM and ensure it’s clear, complete, intransient.
• Identify key internal stakeholders in alignment with the PM.
• Ensure that all requirements are verified technically, measurable and owned by accountable team members with clear time boundaries in alignment with key internal stakeholders.
• Analyze customer requirements and ensure visiting similar solutions for defining similar gaps, risks, constraints, and alternatives for each requirement.
• Develop and maintain all business analysis related documents (SRS, BRD, UML, MoSCoW, Empathy Map, User stories) through attending multiple requirements gathering sessions.
• Ensure the documentations versions feasibility with key internal stakeholders and handle further relevant communications and conflict resolutions with customers in collaboration with the PM.
• Conduct brainstorming UI sessions with key external & internal stakeholders.
• Bridge the gap between the Business & the UI through initiating wireframes design in collaboration with the PM and UI team.
• Deliver and present final business analysis documents version to customer and ensure receiving official sign off in alignment with the PM.
• Engaged in the sprint planning meeting & responsible for ensuring clear business alignment among the project team members.
• Clarify any business ambiguity that may arise during the project implementation, through formal communication with the customer & with the PM alignment.
• Review & confirm the release conformance with the business scope.
• Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in every aspect of the role
Requirements
• BSc in Computer Science, Business Administration, ITI, or what’s relevant

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar post
• User case writing, user story writing & UML diagrams
• CBAP, CSPO is a plus
