Job Description:
In this position, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering seamless IT services management solutions to improve efficiency across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), ITOM, HRSD, and others based on business needs.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.
Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed.
Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.
Provide training and support to end users and junior team members as needed.
Required:
Proven experience in working with ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles).
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, Application Portfolio Management (APM), etc.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.).
Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and other integration techniques.
Solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
