We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment support.
The ideal candidate will assist the HR Recruiter, manage HR documentation, and ensure smooth handling of employee services.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support the HR Recruiter in sourcing qualified candidates across various platforms.
-Assist in screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
-Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, reports, and employee printouts.
-Provide responsive support for employee services such as leave requests and certificates.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3–4 years of HR experience, with a focus on sourcing and recruitment.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
-Preferred: Certification in HRIS systems or Training & Development.
