- Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
- Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).
- Develop and prepare job descriptions, TA reports and offer letters.
- Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.
- Act as a focal point between internal departments for onboarding end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.

- 1-2 years of sales experience
