About Your New Job:
ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM
- Support the establishment of a talent development culture across the organization and strengthen the country talent bench by accelerating the development of our top talents at FLL & Professional WFS through diverse career opportunities across businesses and functions.
- Actively contributes to defining the country Talent Development (TD) strategy and creating a culture of continuous talent development across the organization.
- Support the building of talent development capability and strengthen the talent mindset countrywide through the People & Culture team and with targeted initiatives for business leaders.
- Cascades the annual Talent Review guidelines to HRBPs.
- Leads together with HRBPs functional Talent Reviews & MYR. Ensures execution of agreed actions.
- Leads the implementation of talent processes and programs countrywide, e.g., Fast Forward (FFWD1&2), and supports the development of Hidden Gems, Management Trainee (MT) and Early Talent Programs.
- Acts as a talent partner and consultant to HRBPs and line managers, supporting them with succession planning and IDP quality of key talent within their team.
- Performs talent reporting & analytics quarterly, provides recommendations based on insights.
- Keeps abreast of key trends in talent management and best practices across CCH and uses learnings to ensure “best in class” talent development execution.
- Bachelor degree in business management or a human resources subject area preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in HR, talent, and/or organizational development.
- Experienced “internal consultant” with proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at senior level in the business, balancing a strong customer service ethos with constructive challenge and influence,
- Experience in a complex matrix and multinational organization. implementing internal talent management/development programs and initiatives.
- Previous experience working through and influencing stakeholders
- Strong coaching skills applied to stakeholders/customers and talent development/HR communities.
- Experience effectively communicating in matrix organization and across a variety of position levels
- Knowledge of the external and internal business environment and structure and a desire to keep up-to-date regarding business and industry trends and implications.
- Good understanding of the business strategy and its implications for talent processes.
- Keen knowledge and awareness of external best practices and new developments in the field of talent development.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
