Based on the level of experience of the person joining the team JG10 or JG11 will be applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with BGDM / PEO to define project scope, and deliverables. Also supports the creation of project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budget estimation.
- Responsible for the delivery timelines as agreed with BGDM/PM and aims to deliver as per the project delivery plan. Coordinates delivery on time with MS PM.
- Responsible to assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources to ensure efficient utilization
- Assess and manage changes to project scope, timeline, or requirements. This includes evaluating change requests, analyzing their impact, and coordinating with BGDM and MS PM to implement approved changes effectively
- Responsible to deliver within the ASBL handed over cost budget
- Ensure quality is matching the accepted standard quality levels as per Customer requirement at all times
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Communicate transparently across Project stakeholders keep them updated on the progress of the project at all time.
- Monitors project progress, tracking milestones, deadlines, and monetary constraints. identify and address any deviations or obstacles, beside implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
- Serves as a member of the Nokia’s Cloud Infra Partner Management team, assigned to Red-hat deployment projects as required for ensuring resource allocation demand tracking with Nokia’s Cloud Infra Partner (CBIS, NCS, NCP, OCP products)
- Supports end to end delivery management, owns communication, scheduling, resource management, change management, risk mitigation, escalations with Nokia’s Cloud Infra Partner.
- Interface with Partner Market leads ensuring smooth delivery and right resource allocation through demand tracking
- Internal interface with MGDM for resource demand projections, customer needs, delivery timelines and ensuring it Partner’s Market leads ensuring end to end delivery of the projects.
- Provides overviews of current customer service issues and status of resolution to upper management/stakeholders on short notice
- Validates the workload involved and expertise needed through demand management tracking.
- Provide a comprehensive deployment status report to upper Management
- Attends escalations and take it to resolution
- Senior leader with 10+ years of experience in project management, services/care delivery
- Strong leadership, influencing, and facilitation skills. Highly organized with strong focus on driving results
- Sound commercial and business understanding at CNS business units level
- Knowledgeable of Core Networks technologies, Nokia portfolio, including Infra, and business environment
- Proven track record in delivering strong financial results in key core networks projects
- Promote strategic thinking and bring thought leadership in the unit.
