Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to manage all aspects of our financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop financial reports and budgets
- Conduct variance analysis and cost control
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial tracking
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks
- Provide regular financial updates and advice to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting and finance positions
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or similar certification is a plus)
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and other financial tools
