Manage inbound leads, CRM updates, and coordination with the business team.
Handle reception duties: calls, visitors, meeting rooms, and hospitality.
Oversee office operations: petty cash, procurement, invoices, vendors, and maintenance.
Support staff travel, visas, and logistics for company events.
Maintain asset registers (laptops, phones, SIMs) and corporate documents.
Lead and support office staff (drivers, office boys, reception backup).
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Administration, Office Management, or Operations.
Strong background in CRM handling, lead intake, and data management.
Solid experience in reception management, vendor coordination, procurement, and petty cash control.
Strong knowledge of office & facilities management.
Good understanding of asset management (laptops, phones, SIMs) and corporate documents custody.
Previous experience in team leadership or supervising support staff (office boys, drivers, reception).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
Strong attention to detail, high level of discretion, and proactive approach to challenges.
