Main Responsibilities

• End to End ownership and accountability of establishing agile values, methods, principles & practices for the delivery of digital projects. 
• Take the role of agile coach and facilitate discussions and conflict resolution, and enable the exploration of alternatives or different approaches & ensure no impact on the delivery of projects.
• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings. 
• Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practices; ensure consistent best practices are applied across the work streams.
• Responsible for the delivery of the VBU Marketing Calendar

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of Digital channels technologies & architecture.
• Strong interest & skills in software development for internet, mobile and/or communications technology
• Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Proven track record of managing complex software projects with agile methodology.
• Having programming experience
•  Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile conceptsPossessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master
• Aware of DevOps tools and techniques
• Agile Coach certification
• Experience coaching at large organizations
• Must have several years of proven hands-on experience in managing projects in agile environments.
• A strong technical background and ability to understand architecture, source code & technical issues to drive effective agile delivery.
• Language requirements:
  •    English (B2 or above)
  
  • Any other non-native language an advantage.
