∙Provide first level support for production issues across multiple applications, including
problem identification, definition and implementation of short-term work around and
coordination of long-term software solution IT team and software Vendor.
∙Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues, including interpreting logs to identify root
causes and solutions.
∙Respond to user queries and provide technical support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Scripting and Reporting
∙Perform basic SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting purposes.
∙Write and maintain simple scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
∙Support minor application customizations and enhancements using programming languages
like Java, C# or JavaScript
∙Test configuration changes in a test environment prior to pushing into production
Documentation and Training
∙Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, configurations, log interpretations, and
system changes.
∙Contribute to the development of user guides and technical documentation.
Data Migration:
∙Assist in data migration projects, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
Requirements
∙Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Engineer,Computer Science or any related field.
∙At least 1 year of proven experience as an ERP Application Consultant, ERP Application
Support, CRM Application Consultant, CRM Application Support or any similar role, with a
strong understanding of at least one of the following platforms (e.g., Salesforce , NetSuite or
Microsoft Dynamics or any CRM and/or ERP system). [MUST]
∙Knowledge of database querying and reporting using one of the following languages
(Salesforce SOQL, NetSuite SuiteQL or Microsoft T-SQL) [OPTIONAL]
∙Capability of writing administrative scripts using PowerShell or any similar scripting
language [OPTIONAL]
∙Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with
diverse stakeholders.
