Job Description
- [x] Communicate with other departments all relevant customer inquiries if applicable.
- [x] understanding of Mr fixit products and services.
- [x] Keep up-to-date with all the services and products provided.
- [x] Provide proper information to customers with complete and comprehensiveness.
- [x] Receive and process calls from all customers, agents and other external / internal parties.
Job Requirements
- [x] Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
- [x] Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- [x] Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- [x] Excellent (Fluent) command of written and spoken English
