Job Purpose:
We are looking for a professional Finance Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to leadership and management team on future financial plans.
The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.
A. General Responsibilities:
•Lead planning and reporting process for short term and long-term strategic plan, annual financial review of strategic plan, monthly and quarterly management reporting.
•Monitor and control financial performance by advising and challenging management and initiating actions to secure solid performance against targets.
•Reporting operating figures to top management.
- Participate in strategic projects from a finance & control point of view.
•Assist business unit in executing investment calculations and executing financial performance analysis (e.g. customer profitability analysis, product & process cost analysis and working capital analysis).
•Checking the accounting entries for revenues and expenses.
•Reviewing and auditing the correct application of the approved financial policies, regulations and procedures related to revenue, expenses and accounting procedures in accordance with the prevailing laws.
•Monitor and analyze the processes of recording and recording revenues and expenses in the accounts, reviewing the financial and accounting transactions related to expenses and the validity of the accounting restrictions procedures according to the approved principles.
•Analyzing the operations of managing accounts in banks, transfers and deductions, and preparing the necessary financial and accounting reports for the competent authorities.
•Analyze and follow up on daily settlements of bank accounts, balances, and daily account movement from transfers, discounts, and prepare the necessary financial and accounting reports.

•Review all types of tax returns and prepare tax examination documents for all types of contracts that the company enters into and ensure that they comply with and comply with laws and regulations related to taxes in all their forms.

B. Education And Experience Requirements:
7-10 years of experience in Finance Operations / Cost Accounting with on-site manufacturing.
•Experience in pharmaceutical a plus.
•Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or CMA a plus.
•Experienced in leading cross-functional teams to achieve financial and non-financial goals.
•Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships throughout all levels of an organization.
•Tier one ERP experience necessary such as Oracle or SAP.
•Strong systems skills required including financial modeling in Excel, business intelligence tools, and budgeting and financial reporting.
