We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team in Cairo. As our Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations adhere to legal and regulatory standards, building and leading the future compliance system for Siemens Egypt. The Compliance Officer is essential in safeguarding Siemens Egypt's reputation and ensuring our commitment to ethical business practices.

Your Role – Challenging and Future-Oriented

• Be a proactive partner to the business in a rapidly changing environment, adapting to new business models, market approaches, and digitalization.
• Secure business success by advising on the content and application of external and internal regulations and addressing potential ethical dilemmas.
• Develop and execute future-oriented compliance risk management for the business within its ecosystem.
• Monitor compliance standards and ensure continuous improvement to drive process and cost efficiency.
• Create and promote an inclusive movement around ethics within Compliance and Siemens, acting as a moderator and enabler.
• Manage and develop a team of Compliance Professionals, fostering a close connection to the global Compliance network, agile collaboration, and innovation.
• Maintain and build trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or Law. Advanced qualifications such as an MBA are advantageous.
• Strong customer orientation, enabling business-oriented solutions while managing compliance risks.
• Broad understanding of different business models, market approaches, and business processes, including support functions.
• Strong intercultural ethical leadership, excellent communication, and collaboration skills, fostering new collaboration models.
• Proven experience in managerial roles and change management.
• Strong ethical values guiding decision-making and supporting business, colleagues, and team members.
• Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking, with the ability to respond quickly to innovations and new developments.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks in a deadline-driven environment and drive mission execution successfully.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
• Certifications such as Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or Internal Auditor (CIA) are highly appreciated.
