- Perform initial diagnoses and categorization of issues; escalate unresolved problems to second-line or vendor support.
- Provide timely assistant to bank staff on system navigation, transaction errors, and basic configuration queries.
- Liaise with IT infrastructure, database, and application teams for cross-functional troubleshooting.
- Use system tools to monitor application health, batch jobs, and interface statuses.
- Assist in UAT and regression testing during fixes deployments or new products and changes.
- Ensure all support activities adhere to internal audit, security, and regulatory standards.
- Utilizing SQL database for query debugging, logic validation, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Banking experience is a must.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Core banking support experience is a must (Flex Cube / Temanos T24)
- PL SQL knowledge is preferred.
