Corporate Strategy Management Director

Job Description

Review and formulate GS' strategic aspirations, including vision and mission in alignment with overall solutions by stc strategy.

Oversee the overall design of the solutions Corporate Strategy Analyze, implement and manage Synergies & IMO processes in the organization Ensure alignment between the developed solutions Corporate Strategy and the overall solutions by stc in terms of objectives and timelines.

Oversee and ensure the timely development of solutions strategic initiatives including Annual Operating Plans and Annual Business Plan Oversee analysis, and identification of new business opportunities within the ICT market and develop the necessary strategic initiatives for both organic and inorganic business growth Define the Strategic initiatives (Annual Operating Plans or AOPs), as part of the Corporate Strategy and Cascades to the relevant BU/FUs. Ensure timely development of annual P&L targets in collaboration with solutions by stc and ensure coordination between solutions divisions in cascading of the set targets Oversee the work on development of the annual budgeting in collaboration with the Finance division Oversee the development and reporting of corporate performance metrics and associated reports Ensure providing advisory for all stakeholders about corporate performance management related inquiries Oversee that the necessary market research in collaboration with Business Solutions and Business Lines (Digital Solutions, BPO, Solutions Delivery) to identify potential growth opportunities are conducted proactively and based on request from other divisions Responsible and accountable to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws & regulations and all corporate policies including corporate governance, corporate information security, business policies, authority matrices, standards, charters & business processes, etc. To comply and ensure security of critical business data owned by each FU/BU such as, Customer Data, Employee Data, Financial Data, Performance Data, etc. Ensure assessments are performed over the protection of such data and actions are implemented to provide adequate assurance.

Corporate Strategy Development•Expertise in designing and implementing long-term corporate and business unit strategies.•Experience in vision/mission formulation, strategic aspiration setting, and operating model design.🔹 Strategic Planning & Execution•Proficiency in developing Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and Annual Business Plans (ABPs).•Deep understanding of strategy execution frameworks (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, OGSM, Hoshin Kanri).🔹 Performance Management•Experience in defining, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).•Familiarity with enterprise performance management tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud).🔹 Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)•Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.•Ability to collaborate with finance teams to align budgets with strategic objectives.🔹 Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration (M&A / IMO)•Technical knowledge of synergy identification, due diligence, and post-merger integration processes.•Ability to lead or support inorganic growth initiatives, including strategic partnerships and acquisitions.🔹 Market & Competitive Intelligence•Experience conducting or overseeing market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.•Ability to identify white space and growth opportunities in the ICT sector.🔹 ICT & Digital Solutions Industry Knowledge•Understanding of ICT domains: Digital Transformation, Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, BPO, etc.🔹 Data Privacy & Information Security•Working knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, NCA, or local equivalents).🔹 Corporate Governance & Compliance•Familiarity with internal control frameworks, policy governance, and authority matrices.🔹 Project & Program Management•Skilled in overseeing large-scale strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives.
