Job Description
Responsible for implementing and managing strategic programs across the organization, with a strong focus on change management and operational excellence. This role ensures the successful execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking progress, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving adoption of strategic changes.
Primary Purpose
To drive the successful implementation of strategic programs through effective execution, change management, and operational support, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Management
Lead the day-to-day execution of assigned strategic programs and initiatives
Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and resource requirements
Identify and manage dependencies, constraints, and risks associated with program execution
Monitor program progress against established milestones and KPIs
Implement corrective actions to address issues and ensure program success
Maintain program documentation and ensure proper handover when initiatives transition to operations
Change Management
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for strategic initiatives
Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify key groups affected by strategic changes
Create and execute communication plans to build awareness and understanding of strategic changes
Design and deliver training programs to build necessary capabilities for change adoption
Identify and manage resistance to change through appropriate interventions
Measure adoption rates and effectiveness of change management activities
Act as a change champion and advocate for strategic initiatives
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program implementation
Facilitate regular meetings with program stakeholders to review progress and address issues
Manage interdependencies between program workstreams and other strategic initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Serve as a liaison between business units and the strategy team
Program Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track and report on program performance against established metrics and KPIs
Prepare regular status reports and updates for leadership review
Develop and maintain program dashboards to provide visibility into progress
Analyze program data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Provide recommendations for program adjustments based on performance data
Stakeholder Management
Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and transparency
Escalate issues to leadership when appropriate
Facilitate decision-making processes to maintain program momentum
Build consensus and alignment around program objectives and approaches
Knowledge Management & Capability Building
Document lessons learned and best practices from program implementation
Contribute to the development of program execution methodologies and tools
Share knowledge and insights across the strategy team and broader organization
Support capability building initiatives to enhance strategy execution competencies
Mentor junior team members on program execution and change management

Technical Skills
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field; MBA degree preferred
7+ years of experience in program management, change management, or strategic implementation
Proven track record of successfully implementing complex strategic initiatives
Experience in leading change management activities across diverse stakeholder groups
Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
Understanding of organizational transformation and strategic planning concepts
Experience working in cross-functional teams and matrix environments
Certification in project/program management or change management (e.g., PMP, Prosci) preferred
